Our Sunday service formats have changed over the last year to accommodate the restrictions of the Coronavirus pandemic.  We continue to offer a worship service online at 9am and 10.45 every Sunday and when regulations allow we open the church building for worship at 10.30am.
The online services can be found by clicking here for Facebook or here for Youtube

The numbers will be limited so that we can maintain social distancing and everyone who attends will be required to wear a
facemask when in the building.

If you would like to come please email

In normal times St. Luke’s aims to offer a menu of activities on a Sunday morning which caters for all ages and all stages of Christian faith.
We will post here when we are able to return to our normal pattern.

9am Traditional Morning Service
A Book of Common Prayer service in the Font room which will usually include communion on the 3rd Sunday of the month.

10.30am Main Sunday Service
Our regular Sunday service is fully inclusive (we even welcome dogs!) quite informal and multigenerational.  The worship style is relaxed and includes a variety of song styles, both ancient and modern, with prayer and communion every Sunday.  During the sermon the children can go into the Font room for an activity specifically geared for them and we all come back together again for communion.  The service finishes shortly after 11.30 with hot drinks and some time for socialising.

We hold some sort of evening service a couple of Sundays per month.

First Sunday of each month @ 7.30pm
On the first Sunday of each month there is an alternative worship event run by BEYOND.  Go to for specific details.

Fourth Sunday of each month @ 2pm
Carpenter’s Arms
This is a drop in for homeless and vulnerably housed folk.  The church is open from 2pm for tea, coffee, board games, movies etc.  There is usually some entertainment and a talk with a hot meal provided at 3pm.  Doors close at 4.30pm.
